Last updated: 21 September 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to aidoby.online and online courses supplied by AIDOBY, operated by Aparna Shaji, Karimanoor, Thodupuzha, Kerala 685581, India.

By creating an account, using our learning services or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Please read the course details before purchasing.

1. Courses and what you purchase

We provide digital courses and related learning services. Each program page describes its syllabus, language, price and included activities. Enrollment covers the selected course only; other current or future programs are sold separately unless an explicit bundle says otherwise. Features described as being prepared or not yet available are not available for immediate use.

The Digital Marketing program is currently listed at ₹799 as a one-time course fee. Other programs may have different prices. Review the selected course and final order total before making payment.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate contact information and use an email address you can access. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use. Course access is personal and must not be shared or resold. A parent or legal guardian must arrange and supervise purchases for learners who cannot enter a binding agreement themselves.

You need a compatible browser, a suitable device and an internet connection. Your device, data charges and any separately purchased tools or advertising budgets are not included in the course fee unless explicitly stated.

3. Prices, payments and orders

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). The final amount payable, including any applicable tax or charge, is shown before payment. There is no recurring subscription charge for a course described as a one-time purchase.

Payments are handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout, including Razorpay when enabled. Enrollment is activated only after payment is confirmed. A pending or failed payment does not activate access. If your account is debited but an order is not confirmed, contact us before attempting repeated payments. Keep your order and payment references; never share passwords, OTPs or full card details with support.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not increase the price of an already completed purchase. If an incorrect charge or listing affects your order, contact us for resolution under our refund policy.

4. Digital delivery and lifetime access

Courses are delivered through your student account; no physical product is shipped. Sign in with the email used at checkout. See our Digital delivery & course access policy for payment confirmation and access support.

Where lifetime access is offered, it applies to the purchased course’s learning materials while AIDOBY provides that course service. It does not include every future course or unlimited live teaching. Live sessions, internship activities and human support follow the selected course’s published schedule. Material service changes will be communicated to affected learners and will not remove remedies required by law.

5. Learning, live sessions and certificates

Complete your own learning activities and submit original work. Session schedules, joining links, assignments and available recordings are provided in the course dashboard. A completion certificate requires the stated lessons and assessments; payment alone does not qualify you.

Career guidance, internships and job assistance do not guarantee employment, selection, salary, income or business results. Any AI learning assistance, when enabled, can make mistakes and should be checked against course materials and faculty guidance.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation & refund policy forms part of these terms. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after course access is provided. Before access is provided, contact us to review a cancellation request. We review duplicate charges, non-delivery and access failures that remain unresolved after support is contacted.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The refund policy explains processing and bank timelines. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or remedies for deficient or undelivered services.

7. Course materials and acceptable use

You receive personal learning access to the materials, not ownership of them. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or share restricted course videos, assessments or account access. Materials remain owned by AIDOBY or their respective rights holders.

Do not disrupt classes, harass others, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access to the platform. You retain ownership of your original submissions; we use them to deliver teaching, assessment and feedback. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorised to share.

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to investigate misuse or protect learners. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. A restriction does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

8. Privacy, availability and outside services

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle account, payment-reference, learning and support information. You can manage optional cookies through Privacy preferences.

Maintenance, technical failures or third-party outages may temporarily interrupt access. Report persistent problems so we can investigate and apply an appropriate remedy. External meeting platforms, tools and payment services have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Updates and resolving concerns

We may update these terms with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without limiting your right to approach a competent consumer forum or other authority.
