What does lifetime course access include?+
Continued access to the purchased course’s learning materials while AIDOBY provides that course service. Live sessions, internship and human support follow the course schedule; they are not unlimited lifetime services.
How do I access a purchased course?+
After confirmed payment, sign in with your checkout email and open My learning. Check your confirmation email, including the spam folder, for account instructions.
How do live sessions work?+
Your course dashboard shows published session dates, joining links and available recordings. The schedule depends on the course.
How do I earn a certificate?+
Complete the required lessons and pass the course assessments. Confirm your certificate name in the dashboard. Payment alone does not earn a certificate.
Do you guarantee a job?+
No. Job assistance helps you prepare and find relevant opportunities, but employers make hiring decisions.
I paid but cannot access my course. What should I do?+

How do I request a refund?+
