Information we use

We use account and contact details, order/payment references, course progress, assessment answers, assignment submissions and support messages to provide learning, process orders, issue certificates and resolve requests. Hosting and security services may record technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout, including Razorpay when enabled. Do not send us card details, passwords or OTPs. Hosting, email and payment providers process information needed to operate their services. Meeting providers process information when you join their sessions under their own privacy terms. If an AI assistant is enabled, prompts and relevant course context may be sent to its service provider; do not include sensitive information in prompts.

Cookies and preferences

Essential cookies support sign-in, security and checkout. Your browser also stores privacy choices and purchase-notification preferences. Optional analytics are off unless you allow them through Privacy preferences in the footer. You can change your choice there. Browser settings let you clear stored data; clearing essential cookies may sign you out.

Public information

Certificate verification displays the learner’s certificate name, course, certificate ID and issue date. Recent-enrollment notifications may display a first name and surname initial, general location, course and purchase time. Contact us to request removal of your public purchase notification.

Retention and your requests

We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account and course access, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. We may need to verify account ownership and retain records required by law.

Security and updates

We restrict account access and use HTTPS, but no online system is risk-free. Keep your password private. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
